Very clean and well appointed, excellent location. Screened in porch was great for mosquito-free meals. Fire pit is a very nice touch. Communication from host was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend this for your vacation rental.

Great birding

Beachgrass Bungalow is a great place to enjoy nature.I was able to add several new sightings to my birding life list. The house is attractive and clean, located in a quiet area of Chincoteague.

Relaxing

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to town and water to walk or bicycle. We went off season (Oct) and the chill atmosphere is just what we needed

This property was just perfect! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The marsh across the street made for the perfect bird watching experience and the screened porch was the best place for a nap. The check-in and check-out process were so easy…no last minute stress to contend with. We will definitely stay here again if we head back to Chincoteague.
Stunning sunset from the front yard.
One of our dogs relaxing on the porch.
The beautiful (and active!) marsh directly across the street.

Comfort, Nature and Convenience

The pictures of the house and property are spot on. The owners have taken time with the decor (even down to the kitchen utensils) and it is a home that is both renovated and preserved. Egrets, herons, and geese can be seen from the house windows, the porch and the fire pit/patio. It takes just minutes to get to town, and you return to a peaceful setting not too far from a dog park and nature trail. Very clean, too!
