Very nice place

It was a very nice place that we’d stay again. The sunroom and 3 beds, 3 bath was perfect for our group. We had an issue with coffee pot and they fixed it almost immediately with bringing us a new one.

Condo was very accommodating. Beautiful view. Even kept everything stocked that you could possibly need. Toiletries, coffee, and games to play with the family.

The space was exactly as pictured. Nice and clean and lots of room to spread out. Guest contact was very responsive to all the questions I sent her. :-) Thank you again! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful view of the lake from the sunroom. It was a very quiet part of fall creek. It had plenty room for all of us . Condo was very clean .

The place was great. Tastefully decorated and comfortable furniture. The only issues were the parking in front of the condo was made for a small vehicle although there was additional parking available at the side of the building. And there were two flights of stairs to climb to get to the condo. But the condo was everything that we could have asked for in a vacation rental. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Branson stay

Owner will not respond to messages or emails . Stay was nice . Entry was bad . I believe lock pad is low on batteries. Very nice unit .

Had we been made aware of your concerns, we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help. - We have since further investigated your concerns with the lock pad and we're pleased to inform you that the batteries were at 70%. This leads us to believe that it's possible there was an operator error while trying to enter the home. We value your feedback and are taking steps to make the access instructions more clear so future guests do not share the same experience. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Family Trip

The condo location was great and Joshua is a real asset for you all. But we did have an issue with the cleaning of the condo. When we arrived it was very obvious that the cleaning was not good. The floors, the wood work carpets and kitchen were not very clean. It was bad enough for us to contact Joshua and he was very quick with his reply and sent the cleaning team back out while we left the condo. We came back a few hours later and the cleaning was surface at best. The floors were still dirty and no one seem to vacuum the carpet again. Plus there was a tripping hazard in the sun room, the rug was curled up in the corner and the double sided tape wasn't holding it down. They did replace the tape but it didn't hold so we just kept a chair on the corner of the rug.We were very disappointed with the cleaning and the over all shape of the condo.
