A 3 Minutes à Pied de la Mer, Magnifique Villa Avec Grand Jardin et Piscine

Enjoy with family or friends this superb accommodation with its huge covered terrace, in the shade, facing the swimming pool and its large garden. The house is quiet and the garden benefits from beautiful vegetation, a swimming pool, a volleyball or badminton court and even a petanque court. The magnificent beach of Las Ballenas is within easy reach, a 3 or 4 minute walk away with several restaurants nearby. The town centre, with its many restaurants and shops is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car.

Olivier was an amazing host. He attended to any questions we had, the property is huge, perfect for a family reunion or friends outing. It is about a 10 minute slow walk to the beach.

10 min à pied jusqu’à la plage ? Very slow 🤣 Il y a 300 mètres jusqu’à la plage selon Google soit 3/4 minutes à pied 😉

Relaxing Stay

We had a relaxing stay in this beautiful property. The host was very responsive when we had questions or concerns. The beds were very firm and the AC in the bedrooms worked very well. The house was outfitted with everything we needed. We were able to use the laundry facilities which was a bonus.

Family holidays

The location is great, and the design of this villa was perfect for our group of 12. The showers had lots of hot water, which is an underrated feature. Communication with the managers went well. We enjoyed having the pool and beach proximity.

This is the most honest review of the property that you will read. I stayed in this villa for four days three nights with my family, including children. The beach is a 7 min walk not 1 min (false advertisement). The refrigerator doesn’t work properly and it took forever to cool down a few beers. All of the ac units in the house have issues except for the one in the master bedroom. I let the host know and he stated he would send someone over but they never showed. There was multiple times were I had to stop hanging around my family to fix the Wi-Fi box because the power button is damaged, causing the Wi-Fi to turn on and off. Our main concern was the electricity, the lights would turn on and off at night causing some of our electrical appliances to get damaged. The power generator clearly has issue. I contacted Jack, who sent someone, but the issue remained unresolved. I reached out again, and the host said Jack would send someone again, but no one came. When I asked for a partial refund, the host never responded. I recommend choosing another villa to save your money, as this stay was quite disappointing.
