Escape to the serene beauty of Wye River with our inviting Blue View beach house. Nestled atop a gentle slope, this comfortable 3-bedroom retreat offers a breathtaking panorama of Wye River Beach, ensuring a memorable coastal getaway.
Step inside to discover an open-plan living area adorned with large windows that frame the magnificent vista. Relax and unwind on the spacious deck, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, where you can savor a glass of wine as you watch the waves dance.
In the evenings, gather around the cosy wood fire heater and feel the warmth as you recount the day's adventures. Keep an eye out for our friendly native birds, who grace the deck daily and may even dine from your hand.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, Blue View boasts two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a third bedroom furnished with 2 sets of bunks, perfect for families or groups. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
For entertainment, the kids will love the separate TV room stocked with DVDs, videos, and games, while the large open yard beckons with a swing for outdoor playtime.
Start your mornings right with a freshly brewed cup from the Aldi Expressi coffee machine, complete with 6 capsules to kickstart your day. Parking is a breeze with the flat driveway accommodating two cars.
Conveniently located near the Wye General Store and cafe, indulge in fabulous coffee and meals while overlooking the public playground. Alternatively, venture to the renowned Wye Beach Hotel, as featured on Getaway, for an unforgettable dining experience.
Please note that Blue View maintains a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy indoors. Additionally, we do not accept schoolies bookings or parties, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere for all guests to enjoy.

Fantastic place, well equipped, with stunning views.

Wonderful relaxing stay with great views, waves and surf was fantastic, local wildlife (kangaroos, rabbits, king parrots, sulphur crested cockatoos, splendid fairy wrens and crimson rosellas) ...make this peaceful setting make this such a welcome haven.

Holiday at Wye River best view.

Our stay at Wye River was great the house had everything we needed. The view was fantastic we sat on the balcony with family, fed the birds and enjoyed our holiday.

Wonderful!

We had a lovely 4 day stay here with family. The deck was the perfect place to spend the sunny mornings watching the ocean while enjoying our cuppa’s. The house has everything you need and the extra lounge with tv and games was amazing for the kids. We will definitely book this house again.

Amazing Views

This place had the most amazing views we have ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable, so many games and dvds to keep us entertained for weeks on end. A lovely, but steep walk to the general store and beach. We want to live here!

Great weekend away.

Perfect Long Weekend

We stayed here with another family who have two children like us and it was the perfect size. The location is stunning with amazing views and it was a thrill to have the local birds visit us! A relaxing getaway with all of the amenities we needed. Thank you!

Fabulous view of Wye river and beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view from lounge and main bedroom over the Wye river and beach was very special. This is an older cottage with renovation in lounge, main bedroom and bathroom. Bed in main bedroom is very comfy, can’t comment on others as we were only 2 people. Large deck that we enjoyed.

Loved it!!!

Great property and perfectly located! Bird life and surrounds just stunning. Only problem was the convection stove top that just would not work properly even after following the instructions but hey, used the oven!! :) Would definitely stay again and look forward to it. One of our most favourite stays!!

Uninterrupted Views

Location, location, location!!! The view, the wildlife and the serenity of this property were second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exactly what the doctor ordered. The convenience store was handy & a short drive to Lorne & Apollo Bay in either direction. Would definitely love to come back. Thank you!

A lovely family get away

The master bedroom with new bathroom ensuite is amazing. Waking up to a panoramic view of the surf was just incredible. We all loved being on the deck with the birds. The main entertainment space and kitchen is perfect when the heater and fire is going. The front room, main bathroom and bunk room were older but everything worked as described. We had a blast. BYO coffee tea milk cooking oil etc.
