Estero Island Beach Villas is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 3rd-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the guest bedroom has two double beds allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

We all had a wonderful stay at the condo (2 couples), plenty of room. The 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer were a plus! Perfect location right on the beach, loved having the pool and pool bathrooms so close to beach and the location to Times Square and restaurants were great!! Kitchen was very nice with plenty of place settings and cookware, it was nice having an ice machine in freezer, however wish the cleaners would turn it on before guests arrive to have ice ready. Plenty of beach towels and had a few chairs to use that must have been left by previous guests!!! The rental company was also very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had!! Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Gorgeous view, beautiful beach, and condo equipped with essentials. Beach towels were especially appreciated. We had need for a minor repair, and management was responsive and worked to accommodate our schedule to access the unit. Very pleased with responsiveness. Stacked washer and dryer in unit were convenient and handy for keeping up with laundry as needed.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The screened in area was my favorite spot and the outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable. I would point our that the condo is adjacent to the elevator and there was no window treatment in the kitchen area so anyone leaving the elevator or anyone walking by has a clear view into the unit.

Great place to stay on the beach

We have stayed in this buildjng twice. This stay was in a unit two floors below our prevous, but the layout is the same. We love this building and location on the island.

Best location in Fort Myers Beach

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit and we love it! It is clean, spacious well stocked. Perfect location on the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be returning!

Great Place, Bad Timing

Everything was great. The location is easy and close to restaurants. The place was clean, and the Lanai was so peaceful. I would stay here again. However, they were under construction, which meant the pool and sand shower were not available. I wish I had known that when I booked. Once construction is done, I'm sure it will be a 5/5 stay.

Great beach stay

Place was clean, pretty and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay very much. Pool was lovely and beach so close. Loved the screened porch. Our only large issue was the loud construction as windows in nearby units were being replaced which was not pleasant on the 3 weekdays we were there. We did call and were given a small reimbursement- disappointing.

Great place-but short stay

Place is beautiful! On the beach! Didn’t get a chance to really check out sites as we were there during Hurricane Helene. Booked 5 nights but only stayed 2 days:( would love a redo for sure!

Place was very nice and clean. Balcony overlooked the beach and had awesome view. Spent most of my time on balcony reading and looking at the view. Management company gave good instructions and were not far if had any issues (we did not). Would stay there again in heart beat.

Noise, inconvenient, a lot money for constant noise and construction

This was one of the worst vacation experiences we have ever had. The was constant noise from the construction people putting in new windows. Starting early in the morning until 5:00. There was no peaceful moments at all. Then when the construction people left at 5:00 we had to deal with the dogs above our unit barking all night until they went to bed at 10:00. For the amount of money we spent this might have been the most un-relaxing vacation I ever had. There was no warning about the construction at all. Awful experience!

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos online and had everything we needed for our Spring Break stay. The management company was very accommodating to our schedule due to flight delays. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is set up perfectly and the easy beach access was fantastic! Location on the island was great too as several restaurants and shopping is a short walk away.
