Step onto the balcony for breathtaking glimpses of the coastline, Wireless Hill, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The lower level features spacious living areas with modern King Living lounges, a Smart TV, dining table, and a fireplace in a separate sitting area, creating ideal spaces for entertainment and relaxation.

Luxury continues in the elegant master bedroom with ensuite, premium Sheridan bedding, and towels. Similarly appointed, the three additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a relaxing bath only steps away.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts freshly roasted coffee beans and a selection of fine Australian teas, along with culinary essentials. Outside, a private patio offers a BBQ, dining area, and lounge. The 2-bay garage includes a table tennis table, with additional parking for four cars in the driveway.

Wow, what a home, beautifully styled and very comfortable. We booked for the Christmas week and even had the most beautiful Christmas tree. Our group had six adults and two kids and there was more than enough room … I am not just talking beds, there are three different sitting areas as well. The courtyard was an added bonus we had not thought of, we ended up having most of our meals at the big table outside. We will definitely be back.

Excellent property containing all you'd ever need. Friendly and helpful owner. Lots of useful info left for visitors. It's a great quiet location and a fabulous base to discover and explore from. We'll be back!

Perfection

Excellent communication. Lana is a great host and seems to have thought of everything for her guests. The property is immaculately presented, well designed and cosy. There are lots of places to curl up with a book and some great areas for entertaining. It was the perfect place to celebrate our special family birthday. Loved the fireplace, upstairs tv room & balcony and outside area and table tennis. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend.

A wonderful week in Esperance

Uncle Ron's is a comfortable and fully appointed home in a quiet street, close to the centre of town and about 5 minutes' drive from the start of the run of stunning beaches and headlands which stretch west from the town. Our hostess, Lana, was the model of helpfulness, sorting out a couple of extremely minor problems rapidly and happily. The entire experience of staying in an outstanding house and soaking up the scenic magnificence of the Esperance coast to the east and west of the town made this one of our most enjoyable holidays.

Tastefully decorated very well equipped home with loads of relaxing space

A high quality and thoughtfully put together home which has everything you could need for a great stay in Esperance. Located close to town. The property has 2 great indoor entertaining areas which are very comfortable. It also has a nice garden terrace perfect for a relaxing drink and conversation. A huge garage enables you to park 2 large cars in the shade. The host was very responsive and attentive and we appreciated the complimentary items left in the house. A great place to stay in Esperance.

Most beautiful home

We had such a wonderful time at Uncle Ron's. The home is so beautiful, spacious and clean. It everything you could wish for and more including a lounge room upstairs with a huge TV and a downstairs lounge room. The pantry and kitchen was stocked with everything you require. Lana was excellent with communications and so kind. Thank you so much. We would have loved to stay longer.
