Convenient but Not Child friendly, call before you get there

The good:The property is conveniently located to the grocery store, restaurants, boat ramp and Mariana all within walking distance. The house was clean, roomy and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and listing to the music at the haughty heron. The bad:not very well stocked with towels and wash cloths but you can wash them as needed. I do not recommend staying here with a toddler due to no railings on the bottom porch, the top porch has railings but a toddler could squeeze under them and fall off also there is no seating so make sure you bring chairs for the porch. The stairs inside the house made it difficult with a toddler as well so bring a gate. There is no grill, blow dryer or iron. The internet/tv did not work while we were there so if you need cartoons for the kids or a way to play music ask ahead of time about the internet working so they can go ahead and check on it, they did refund us 130 for no internet/tv. Also the air did not work when we got there so again ask ahead of time if the air is working, they were prompt to fix it within a couple hours. Cell service is limited (Verizon) and we could not Bluetooth to tv due to this.

Great location, subpar rental and horrible management company

Location was incredible and property has so much potential. Property was bare with broken beds, pet damage, minimal kitchen utensils and dirty bathrooms. Communication with Pristine Properties was the worst we have ever experienced. Difficult to get on the phone, did not respond to requests through the portal and did not return messages. Terrible customer service.

Long overdue vacation

The condo was as pictured. Beautiful view of the ocean. Check-in and out was simple and easy. Had a great time with my family .
