The house is comfortably equipped with 3 Queen size beds, electric stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air and heating and lightning fast internet. The living room features 9 feet ceilings and a sofas that serves as the perfect spot for long naps or an epic game of monopoly deal. The 65 inch smart TV can easily connect to your smartphone or tablet so that you can pick up where you left off watching your favorite show. If you’re looking for something new or interested in watching a game, don’t worry we have a Netflix streaming service for your viewing pleasure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a electric stove, oven/air fryer, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, waffle maker, microwave, and a selection of complimentary snacks/drinks/teas (selection may vary). The large kitchen allows you to prepare a meal without missing key moments in the room and the big screen. There are enough plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, and other essentials to make your stay more comfortable.

On the third floor you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and black out curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a private washroom with a stand up shower and a bath oasis. The 2nd and 3rd rooms share a generous sized bathroom with a sink vanity alongside a tub and elongated toilet bowl. Top of the line memory foam mattresses are included in master with duvets and extra pillows to ensure your stay is personalized and enjoyable.

The house is minutes away from lots of activities for the family – regardless of the season. During the summer you can enjoy the lake Ontario, parks, the beach. In the winter there are spas, casinos, historic buildings, libraries, movie theaters, indoor mini putt and arcades in the area.

Access to the house is via keyless entry and the house is equipped with a Nest doorbell camera at the front door and security cameras on the entrance of the house and in garage. We will send you detailed directions to the house once guests have booked their reservation.

We are very responsive to phone calls, e-mails, and texts. We will make sure that your needs are addressed and meet to your satisfaction and in a timely manner. Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay.

A quiet, calm and family oriented neighborhood with local amenities and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A car is recommended to get around. The central bus stop/train station is about a 2 minute drive. From the train station, downtown Toronto is about 25 mins on GO Express train.

2 Parking spot available inside garage, 1 outside garage, Visitor parking also available (subject to availability).

The basement, linen closet, garage, for guests use. Laundry is available for guests staying longer than 5 nights.

Each Room has personal keypad locking system.
Basement and Ground floor room is not included and No Access to Basement. Basement is locked and Access from ground floor only.
My Son (student) live/sleep in basement, during day he is in school. only come late evening and leave in morning. never visit upstairs.
* Video surveillance is installed outside, at entrance of the home and in the garage.
For complete privacy upstairs, there is a lock on stairs.
