Everything about my day was absolutely wonderful from my greeting from the hotel concierge to my host. He was there for every question I had along the way I was able to check in a little earlier without a fee. I will definitely be coming back when I am back in DC if you want somewhere great to stay and safe, especially as a female solo traveler book here.

Clean and reasonable location

Enjoyed staying at the property. Metro and Amtrak were within walking distance which was great to move around and get to attractions, esp wilth kids under 10.

I was nervous about being so close to the metro tracks but we only really heard the trains in the morning. We had a unit that had a connecting door to another unit. My son slept on the couch & said he could hear those guests as if they were in our apartment. My husband & I could not hear the neighbors from the main bed at night, only in the morning. I don’t typically take baths in rentals but the deep soaking tub saved my vacation. I assume I was sore from all the walking during the day. We loved the restaurant just outside the entrance “Ted’s Bulletin” & the fact that a metro station was very close to us. The communication was quick when we had a question. We had all of our check in information early & when the latch app wasn’t working correctly they were quick to find a solution. Lucky for us, the app started working again just as we arrived to our room.

A safe place to stay during a workshop

The building was clean, modern, and centrally located, which made navigating around DC easy. The gym was amazing and even included CrossFit course, which you never find in a rental. The view from the window was a pretty internal courtyard, and the rental itself was spacious and everything one could need

Clean and felt safe

Communication was terrible to get codes to enter complex. Waited over an hour after arrival before finding someone to help us. Place was clean and felt safe as 2 wonen in the area. Great gym & nice rooftop pool.

Ours was an extended stay our son was in a terrible accident. His stay was a month long in the hospital. Global was very helpful in cooperating with us as we found this apartment 2 miles from the hospital .
