We recently stayed at Revel DC from August 2–10, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While the location was excellent, the condition of the apartment and the issues we encountered during our stay did not match what was advertised on VRBO or what we reasonably expected for the price.The listing described the apartment as “new,” but the unit appeared noticeably worn and was not well maintained. The apartment was also not clean upon our arrival, and the lobby and common areas were not particularly clean either. We ultimately had to clean the apartment ourselves before it was comfortable and suitable for our stay.We experienced several additional maintenance and service issues:• **Wi-Fi:** The Wi-Fi was unavailable in our unit for the first several days. We were initially instructed to use “Revel Guest,” but it did not work from our apartment. As a result, we had to work from another floor for several days just to access the internet. We were later informed that each unit had its own Wi-Fi, which should have been communicated to us from the beginning. This caused a significant disruption to our work and put my job responsibilities at risk.• **Electrical outlets:** Several outlets in the apartment did not work.• **Shower drainage:** The shower had a drainage problem that affected our ability to use it normally
