Welcome to Quails Call. Our furnished and relaxing two-story mountain retreat provides the perfect space for a family getaway or group vacation to the mountain any time of the year. Centrally located within a short walk to the lake and local activities this quiet neighborhood offers a great atmosphere for strolling, hiking, biking, or just visiting Big Bear.
Snuggle up on the comfy couch as you warm your toes together in front of the toasty fireplace in the cozy living room- with a Streaming TV and big open windows you will love watching the snow falling outside in the winter months from here. A cute dining area and equipped kitchen offers all that you need to prepare home cooked meals and includes access to the backyard. A spacious hallway bathroom sits at the base of the stairs while the sleeping quarters are all upstairs when you are ready for a great night of rest.
Outside the open forested property is perfectly nestled in the trees and offers a great sun deck, patio area with propane BBQ, and nice flat parking for your cars in the driveway. Walk to local activities or the lake or hop on the free shuttle to scoot around town quickly and easily. The downtown Village and ski resorts are only a couple of miles away making this the perfect location for any occasion. There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
