The Space:

Natural Age by Tiny Away is a tiny house nestled in Bahrs Scrub, a biodiversity hotspot home to koalas, platypus, and other native wildlife. Just 36 minutes from Brisbane, 43 minutes from the Gold Coast, and 2 hours from Sunshine Coast.



Nearby attractions include New Farm Park’s historic rose gardens, Broadwater Parklands’ lagoon and playgrounds, and Windaroo Lakes Golf Club’s scenic bushland course. Explore the Berrinba Wetlands or enjoy a meal at Cafe 63, a local favorite.



This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits comfortably in the backyard, about 50 meters from a non-functioning shed and close to the lake. It features easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home but will not be allowed to use the lake or garage.

- You can travel by private vehicle or UBER for easier access to the nearest towns



Other Things to Note:

- WiFi are not available

- No smoking allowed on the property

- Mobile phone reception has good signal

- No unregistered visitors or guests allowed

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Pets Policy



- Pets should be kept on lead at all times

- Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or sofas

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests

- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property

- We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay

- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property

- Please clean up after your pets' shedding before checking out including any droppings, to help maintain cleanliness and comfort for everyone



Important note:



- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
