The magnificent foreshore bike path is the perfect walking trail and for the best off leash experience jump in the car for 2 minutes (or walk just around the headland) and visit Tallebudgera off leash beach. Arguably the Gold Coasts best off leash beach !

The local shops on James Street include a plethora of cafes, boutiques, homeware shops, restaurants, bars and more. The beachfront dining is superb with several options a 5 minute walk to the house. The Burleigh headland is a local gathering point with a large grassy area with views over the beach and all the way back to Surfers Paradise. Bring a bottle of wine and watch the sunset !
