The sheltered deck offers an excellent spot to unwind and watch the world go by from the loungers.

A mere five-minute stroll takes you to the sandy shores of Whangamata Beach, a four kilometre ocean beach, one of the countries most popular spots for swimming and surf with it's world famous in New Zealand surf break, particularly the Whangamatā Bar. 

Just a five-minute drive away is Port Road, hosting shops, eateries, and conveniences, perfect for dining out or stocking up on holiday supplies.

Overall, the stay was very good. There were two fans in the house that were not working, which wasn’t a major issue. I also had a small pup tent set up and was asked to take it down on the final night, which felt a little unnecessary given that we were quiet, respectful, and complied with all house rules.The house was clean and tidy, in a great location, and overall I enjoyed the stay.\ and would stay again.
