Room configuration:
Bedroom 1. Queensized double bed - firm mattress. Stretcher bed.
Bedroom 2. Master: Standard double bed.
Bedroom 3. Children's room: Bunks with a trundle bed.
Bedroom 4. 2 Standard single beds
Downstairs rumpus room: 2 sets of standard bunks, 1 with a trundle, 1 standard single bed, 1 king sized single with pop up trundle bed that allows it to become a king sized double. Extra stretcher beds, foam mattresses and port-a-cot that can be used here or in other rooms.
Upstairs bathroom: shower, separate bath and vanity. Toilet in separate room.
Downstairs bathroom: shower, vanity and toilet.

Pets outdoors by agreement.

Note that we ask renters to sign a simple rental agreement formally agreeing to fulfill the normal behaviours of good tenants. A bond is also payable a week before arrival and this is repaid within a week of leaving the house in good order.
