The 1st floor features a spacious living room, a dining area, and a family room seamlessly connected to an open kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient half bathroom and an office that can easily double as a fourth bedroom. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a generously sized ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each boast their own private closet, toilet, and lavatory, with a shared bath nestled between them.

♦ Guests have full access to the entire property and yard, except for the basement and garage. The smart lock enables easy access to the house at any time during your stay.
♦ The deck is exclusively for your use, but the backyard is shared with guests staying in the basement suite (if there are any).
♦ Please note that we share a property line with our neighbours, and there is no solid fence dividing the two. We kindly request that you maintain a respectful distance from our neighbour's property and refrain from getting too close.

⬤ Noise
QUIET HOURS: 9 PM - 7 AM (strictly enforced)
We cherish this peaceful neighbourhood and hold our lovely neighbours in high regard. We kindly request that quiet hours be observed. thanks for keeping the noise level to a minimum after 9 PM.

⬤ Authorized Guests
"EmeraldRidge" has a limit of 8 guests (adult and children combined) during any time of the stay. Only authorized guests are allowed on the premises/property. No unauthorized guests/visitors are allowed on the property at any time. Any violation will result in a fine of $800/unauthorized person/night.

⬤ No Party
Absolutely no parties allowed! Breaking this rule will result in a $3000 fine, immediate police intervention, and eviction.

⬤ Pets
One well-trained pet is allowed with prior approval, with a $200 pet fee per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the house. Please bring your pet's bedding and feeding bowls, ensure your pet is well-behaved, and clean up after them in the yard. Any damage caused by pets will incur additional charges. Pets without prior approval will result in a $600 penalty.

⬤ No Smoking
No smoking or vaping (including but not limited to cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes) is permitted anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. Violation will result in a $600 additional cleaning fee.

⬤ Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance to protect their trips.

⬤ Wildlife
Wild animals, such as bears, may be present. Please do not leave food or garbage outside.

⬤ Security Cameras
"EmeraldRidge" has security cameras to protect the safety of the guests and the property. All cameras are located at the main entrance and are not able to see inside the house or the backyard. Guests will have 100% privacy.

⬤ Safety
While we strive to provide a safe environment, please be aware that the backyard features a steep slope at the edge, which may pose a risk. Additionally, the interior is not specifically child-proofed.
We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
By booking this property, guests agree that using this property, house, and contents is strictly at the guests' own risk. Guests agrees to hold harmless the property owner and will not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injuries, or claims by the Guests.

1, Our backyard includes natural terrain such as steep slopes and uneven ground, which may pose risks. To maintain a seamless connection between the outdoor space and the stunning natural landscape, there is no standard height railing in the backyard. 2, Parents must supervise children at all times in the backyard. Children should never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
3, Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions while on the property.

This is a beautiful beauty neighbourhood in Chilliwack neighbourhood:
Its natural allure is perfect for hiking, biking, and various outdoor pursuits. Walking trails and bike paths weave through the area, extending to the older acreages and forest atop the hill. Additionally, there are numerous recreational facilities, including parks, playgrounds, and sports fields.

It has a variety of local amenities, including grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Vedder Crossing shopping center is just down the hill.

Family-Friendly. There are plenty of safe streets and sidewalks for kids to play on.

Easy Access to the Trans-Canada Highway: Getting to neighbouring cities like Abbotsford, Vancouver, and even the United States is a breeze.

You’ll probably want a car to get around. Chilliwack’s public transit system connects this neighbourhood with destinations such as Cottonwood Mall, the Intercity Bus Depot, and the town centre.
