Amazing stay

This VRBO was exactly what they should all be, very secure and safe, very clean and the beds were amazing. We’ve been to a number of VRBOs were the beds suck, this place they were amazing. Great location in Sherbrooke

The place was exactly as we expected it to be, and was perfectly clean when we arrived. We would stay again.

It was decorated very nicely and had some nice touches, had everything we needed. The door hinges were very noisy and air conditioning didn’t work well.

It isa nice little place. The only challenge is the 30 stairs up to the apartment. Wasnt included in description when renting. Tried reaching out to landlord to get air conditioner working but never got a response.

Cute place

This was a cute, newly renovated place that has nice features and small thoughtful touches. It was really hot out and the a/c on the top floor where the bedrooms were was helpful. However, there was one negative that is not the owner's fault, but really took away from our stay. The smell of cigarette smoke - the downstairs/other tenants clearly smoke a lot and it permeated the unit. Our clothes smelled when we left. Very unfortunate bc it's a cute place and not much the owner can do about this.

Nice place but disappointing start.

We arrived at the property to find that the place had not been cleaned. Sheets were not changed, the garbage was not taken out, floors not cleaned, dishwasher dirty, counters dirty. We contacted the host and he was apologetic and had a cleaner come in shortly thereafter, but it delayed the check-in process by 4 hours. Outside of that, it is a nice place in downtown Sherbrooke. Do note however that there is no parking at the accommodation and you will have to park your car on the street - in a shadier part of the city. The stairs up to the accommodation are quite rickety as well.

L'appartement est bien situé. Les chambres sont très grandes et les lits confortables. Un bruit constant d'écoulement dans les tuyaux du voisin, est très dérangeant pendant la nuit. La cuisine est complète, mais il n'y a pas de salle à manger. Il y a seulement 2 petits bancs au comptoir. Malheureusement le lave-vaisselle était non fonctionnel. La communication est déficiente. Le propriétaire n'a pas répondu aux courriels envoyés. L'escalier, pour accéder à l'appartement, est très long et dangereux, une marche a cédé en descendant les bagages. Il y a un stationnement facilement accessible dans la rue.

Logement confortable

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Lit confortable, pas vraiment profité du reste de l’appartement car nous avions de longues journées à l’extérieur. Logement au dessus d’un dépanneur mais n’est pas un problème. Généralement propre. Petit bémol, assez de poussière sur les moulures, spécialement dans la salle de bain ce qui n’est pas super.

Excellent endroit

Endroit parfait pour une belle fin de semaine relaxe entre amie. Tout le nécessaire était à notre disposition pour passer un agréable moment. En plus, il y a un dépanneur directement en bas de l'appartement. Endroit très propre.
