Very nice quiet neighborhood…. House was beautiful and had so many little extras to help your stay easier ( toilet paper,paper towels,trash bags,dish soap,hand soap and so much more!)

The host was welcoming and communicative the entire stay. There was a blizzard that blew in the day we arrived and the driveway was cleared the next day. The house is in great condition and located in a very central location for our needs.

she it rains but make s a nasty smell in the house other than that our stay was fantastic. easy rules to follow and reasonable. i would definitely want to stay again

Excellent Choice

Great location to explore DC, National Harbor, and Alexandria. Will be back. Great size, beautiful and pristine property. Very comfortable.

Great property.

Super clean, very nice townhouse. Check in/out was very easy, located near several amenities. Only about 30 minutes from DC. Only hiccup was the door code hadn’t been changed when we arrived so we could not get into the property, but a phone call and a few minutes later and we had access. Would absolutely stay here again!

Woodbridge Stay

Everything was as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Everything was great except the ice machine and water on refrigerator didn't work. Other than that it was excellent.

Very nice unit

This unit is as described in advertising. Very new building. Beds were ok. Kitchen minimum equipment. I would recommend this unit.

Not 100% welcoming. I asked to check in 1 hour early. He would not. Advised we were leaving early Friday... however he was not willing to bend. I think that is poor customer service.

It was OK overall. It is a nice place and close to everything really. Just very disappointed in the water pressure, beds and alarm system. Right away I messaged the host about the water pressure. It was horrible, and this was even when no one else was taking a shower or using the dishwasher or washing machine. They got back to me about a plumber coming just 2 nights before we left, so that was disappointing. The beds are only doubles, except for one king, so if you have a partner it is very small. And the supposed hide-a-bed in the basement is NOT that at all. It is a couch that has a pull out to make into a so-called bed. This bed was terribly uncomfortable, needs at least a topper to even make it remotely comfortable and able to sleep on. The air mattress they left does not hold air either. Several light fixtures did not have working lightbulbs either. Also, the alarm system was supposedly inactive but every time you open the door it “talks” and when someone is sleeping downstairs that is annoying. We made several meals and one time the smoke alarm went off along with the “inactive” alarm…so that was quite disturbing as well. Definitely plan to take your own soap and shower supplies because what they have there is so “watered” down it doesn’t even foam up or lather in order to be used. Thankfullh we were prepared for that.

We’re sorry the water pressure and other aspects of the stay, including the sleeping arrangements, lighting, alarm system, and provided shower supplies, fell short of expectations. We made multiple efforts during the stay to coordinate service for the reported water pressure concern, though we understand the timing was disappointing. Your comments regarding the other items have also been noted as areas that may affect the guest experience.

Not a pull out couch

Really clean, nice property with a lot of steps. The advertised couch on lower level is not usable as a bed. It has a really weird arm fold down that makes it unusable, unless for a child. Problem with that is other beds are 2 floors away.
