Explore the perfect living space in this cozy and spacious home, featuring a living room, dining room, breakfast area, full kitchen with brand new appliances, and 2 baths. The home includes 5 bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen size bed, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

If you have an infant under 6 months, a baby bassinet is available upon request.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house: The main floor and basement level of the home. Guests can enjoy the huge lot space which will surely give a unique cottage-like feel in the city. The backyard has a grass area with lots of trees which you can feel nature.
Other things to note
The basement unit has an entertainment pool table, Table tennis and a 65” 4K TV. The laundry room is in the basement.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING/NO VAPING inside. ( penalty of $1000)
NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES DUE TO ALLERGIES.
NO Shoes inside the house ( only indoor slippers inside if needed)
Loss of house key fine $250
