This expandable home is perfectly located in the heart of Barwon Heads on a quiet street with a reserve and a children's playground close by. The restaurants, cafes, shops and beach are all within walking distance so you can leave your car in the double garage and enjoy delightful Barwon Heads.

This spacious and versatile home sleeps up to 12 (bedding included for 8 only, please see details below), ideal for families or groups of friends. It has two living areas, plus an extra TV room that easily converts into an extra twin room, and complements the four existing bedrooms (see configuration below). There are 2.5 bathrooms. One with a bathtub, one shower room and one ensuite.
The newly landscaped back garden is fully enclosed and private with undercover alfresco dining and lounge area - perfect for morning coffee or barbeque lunch.

From the wide, welcoming entrance hall and throughout, the rooms are bright, inviting, relaxed and functional. The newly equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, a microwave and dishwasher and dining for up to 12 people. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Comfortable beds provide ideally for 8 guests, extending to 10 or 12 with pull out trundles..

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
