The perfect country escape!
I cannot recommend Sugarloaf Lodge enough! Located only 15 minutes drive out of Jindabyne, it was the perfect country escape. It was so peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to disconnect for a while and to just sit back, relax in the sunshine and by the fire and just enjoy the mountains.
As a large family with 7 adults and 1 infant that also enjoys cooking, we could not have asked for more when it came to the Lodge. The kitchen and house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy this place, made even better by the finishing touches, such as an extra large basket of blankets, heaters in every room and the beautiful bottle of schnapps left as a gift by the host. The house is beautifully set up and has plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Charlotte was also an excellent host, she was very quick to respond and attentive.
We absolutely loved this place and we will certainly be back!
