Check out the amazing views from this newly renovated and comfortable two bedroom self contained guesthouse situated in quiet private cul de sac and below our home. Great outdoor area. Sit back and enjoy the sun as the planes fly past. Conveniently located only 5 minute Uber to the airport, 15 minute drive to city. Close to Weta cave, shops, restaurants and local craft breweries.

Beautiful backdrop of the water from the back patio. Very clean and tidy space. Host left a lovely selection of fruits, chips and beverages for us. Would be happy to stay here again.

A very comfortable unit with great views over the harbour. We highly recommend Chris's place as a base in Wellington, and appreciate the cafe recommendation. (Scorch-o-Rama).

Favorite VRBO in New Zealand

This place was by far our favorite VRBO stay during our recent 2-week tour of the country that involved 4 other stays. It is in this great neighborhood that is only a 7-minute drive from the airport. The host thinks of everything including making sure that there's milk, wine, and beer in the fridge for your beverage needs and a candy bar on your bed, right by the softest towels ever. The views were so spectacular that I passed on an afternoon sightseeing adventure just so I could sit on the adirondack chairs on the private patio. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thanks so much for the great hospitality!

Harbour View

Lovely modern property with fantastic view of Evan’s Bay and its dolphins! Spotlessly clean with a generous welcome pack. Chris and Liz were very helpful.

Ideal location on the outskirts of Wellington. Very well equipped.Could do with a couple of shopping bags to use when visiting the local supermarket.Overall an excellent apartment. Would be more than happy to return.

Great wee place to stay, comfortable, warm and with fantastic views over the harbour. Chris was quick to respond to communication - we'll definitely be back!

Close to everything we needed

Lovely spot and handy to airport and to stadium for volleyball tournament. Great base to explore Miramar peninsula. Noisy at times with airport close by and owners living directly above but very clean and comfortable.
