Outstanding property. The host, thank you Fiona , went above and beyond making sure our 40th year Nurses reunion went smoothly, right down to personally coming to make up a bed that had meant to be split into two but had been missed. Bonus points for that. The thing that would make this a six star booking would be to have a welcome pack like a bottle of wine and nibbles and maybe some bath bombs or bubbles to luxuriate in that fabulous bath.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Waterfront Woodlands Sunsets Soldiers Point. We had the entire house upstairs and downstairs and it was really easy and convenient. Both kitchens were THE best appointed and provided for kitchens that we have ever come across in all of our stays. Amazing really. Very comfortable and very clean. Everyone thought this would be a great and convenient place for us to return to for another family gathering. Highly recommended .

Making memories

The house is in a perfect location. We are a family of 10 adults. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us. There is a lot to love about that s property the beautiful view walking distance to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately there needs to be more attention to the little things soap container were empty. The gas bottle was empty on the BBQ . No cleaning products in the kitchen so l, we had to go buy them not enough garbage bags we had to buy more. One tea towel in the kitchen we were there 4 days and cooking all our meals so not enough tea towels l went and bought more. No chairs with the down stairs outdoor dining table so we couldn't sit there we could only use the up stairs area.

Thank you for your review and we are so pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay. Woodlands Sunset - Soldiers Point whole property is 2 fully self contained apartments combing to make one fantastic accommodation for a large group up to 12 with both being fully equipped to accommodate 4 guests upstairs and 8 downstairs. Supplies are provided, however most guests self cater and prefer to entertain downstairs with larger groups for ease and extra space. The downstairs outdoor dining table and chairs are available for any guest's stay. We hope to see you again on your next family trip. Kind regards LJ Hooker Nelson Bay
