This unit DOES NOT fall under the new legislation that comes into effect May1, 2024, therefore we are still ALLOWED to rent short term. Our 4th floor floor top corner unit is a spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with gorgeous Lake views. The #1 amenities facility in all of Okanagan makes this condo complex feel like you are staying at a resort! You will never want to leave. Enjoy the large pool, kids pool, hot tub, bbq areas, pool table, foosball, ping pong, fitness facility, sports courts and more!! Shopping within 2 min drive.
The Large Master Bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, linens. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with all dining-ware and cookware, coffeemaker & more.
Washer/Dryer in the unit. One secured underground parking stall.
This condo is perfectly located in the heart of all the wineries. After the wineries, you can continue sipping on the large wrap around balcony with the amazing lake views. In the mood for shopping, restaurants or pubs? Downtown Kelowna is only 15 minutes away.

Great location as a base for West Kelowna wine tours. Suite has a 180° view of the lake. It is well equipped.

Perfect location in West Kelowna

We were in town to visit family and relax by the lake. Property had fabulous views of the valley. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The pool was clean and often not busy despite the warm weather. We were able to get to family in both Peachland and Kelowna easily. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within minutes. Absolutely plan to stay here again on our next visit to the valley.

Homey with resort like feel!

Stayed four nights in July. Was super hot but we were quite comfortable in this air conditioned unit. Thoroughly enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. Incredible view. Listing is accurate - in fact we found it much roomier than it may appear from the photos. Fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Very clean and quiet building. We used the pool and game facilities. Close to many wineries and easy drive to downtown Kelowna. Definitely recommend for a stay in the Okanagon.

Kelowna 2024

My husband and I with another very close couple friends had a wonderful stay in this cozy condo. The view is indeed spectacular and you can see Mission Hill at the far distance. (Side note: the roof top on the next building sort of obstructed some view). Parking is great and checking in was easy and smooth. Hala is a great host; very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Only draw back the second bedroom has a bunk bed Instead of a Queen bed however the other couple didn’t mind, the mattress was good. We definitely are going back to this condo and already recommended it to friends.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, bright, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We didn't cook but everything was easy to find and available if you needed to. The delicious bottle of wine awaited us which was a very nice touch. And the view, AMAZING! The pool and amenity's area was fantastic. The water is quite cold but on a hot day, it was refreshing. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
