This place was aesthetically pleasing in the photos, however, in person this place had a lot of damage and was not clean. The check in process was a nightmare. The cleaner was there an hour past check in time due to a clogged drain full of pet hair. (Property is supposed to be pet free). We had to sit outside in 100 degree weather and wait until he finally allowed us to sit inside while he finished. The drain never got fixed. It was left with an inch of water full of hair. We were unable to use the 2nd shower. The couch had a massive tear in the leather that was not pictured in the photo. The fridge was caked with spilled food and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in some time. Same with the freezer. The stove had food caked on it and didn’t appear to have been cleaned. The dishwasher was fully loaded with every dish and utensil which I had to put all away upon arrival. The blinds in the one bedroom were hanging lopsided and the window was filthy. The tv in the main bedroom was covered in smudges and fingerprints. There was a dirty rug left on top of the dresser in the one bedroom. There were knicks and chips in the wood in the kitchen, the dining room table, and the chairs were all banged up. There was a joint of marijuana that was left on the ground on the front porch that my 5 year old son picked up. The owner was very responsive about the issues and I appreciate that, but these photos need to be updated to reflect what you’re actually walking into.
