This property is advertised. The amenities are good and in good conditions. We had no problems at all. The park close to the location does not have access to the lake anymore due to maintenance I think. The owner responded promptly to communications. I recommend this place

Perfect For A Family Holiday

Condo was exactly as described and pictured and was perfect for our family of 4 for an 8 day stay with easy access to Montréal and the West Island. It was well equipped and comfortable, and the Air Conditioning was very welcome as was the free parking. Eduardo was very responsive to our communications and we had a wonderful stay overall - we would recommend this property and certainly consider it we are looking to stay in the area again.

Perfect condo for our 4-night stay to see the Canadian GP. Drove 20 minutes to metro station in Agrignon where they have a large parking lot, then took metro downtown. Condo is large with full kitchen, dining, living, and washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Well built, can't hear others in townhouse. Will definitely stay again.
