Our renovated 1902 Villa is a blend of French country charm&modern comfort situated on our tranquil lifestyle block.

Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, & 2 separate lounges, along with a cozy fireplace, our retreat ensures your comfort while enjoying nature .

Collect fresh eggs from the chickens & say hello to our alpacas .

Relax in the spa pool, explore local trails , or outdoor activities on our spacious lawn, perfect for games & relaxation. Plus the Kids have their own playhouse to enjoy.

Just 15mins from Wellington CBD & 7mins from Petone Beach by car or Uber guests can enjoy easy access to urban amenities while still reveling in the peaceful rural setting .

You will have full private access to our home , if you would like to visit up close our friendly chickens and alpacas gates MUST be closed behind you and children supervised at all times . Garage is not for guests .

We are on rain water, please be mindful of water conservation and long showers 🙏🏼

You will not find many properties like Agnes house in wellington , she was moved to Horokiwi in 5 pieces 20 years ago & put back together on our lifestyle block .
Being able to have a day in the city shopping , eating or adventures and within 15 mins be back home surround by nature with the fire on or in the Spa makes our home extra special we think .
