Central City Apartment

Spacious contemporary city apartment with a loft/mezzanine bedroom and open plan living space.

Please note there is NO wifi available in the apartment.

The open plan layout of the apartment is ideal for singles or couples and/or mid-week commuters who work in the city.

The loft/mezzanine bedroom with its queen bed is fun and makes great use of the open plan apartment layout.
Possibly tricky for those with young children due to the stairs.

Fold out futons are available in the open lounge area.
The futon arrangement is suitable for short stays however due to the firmness of the mattress, may not suit longer stays. The futons are in the open lounge dining area, not a seperate room.

The kitchenette offers functional basic cooking facility’s complete with a small oven for those wanting to eat in. For those wanting to eat out - some of the city’s best are just a stones throw away! Roof top dining is a must on a good Wellington day.

Access to the apartment is via Webb Street, coupon parking during weekdays on Hopper or Torrens Streets or free parking on weekends. You’re unlikely to need your car to get far as Cuba Street is 20 meters away, Tory Street approx 5 minutes walk. Te Papa a little further (1.3km). Walk, grab an e-scooter, bus or train and enjoy the convenience of the location!
Easy to get in and out off the motorway.
The apartment location is Webb Street, Te Aro.

Roof top access via lift to 4th floor then stairs or 20 stairs from apartment to the rooftop. The space offers great views of the harbour and city and the perfect spot for morning yoga, a book with a cuppa or an evening picnic.

The National War Memorial is a stones throw away along with the cities top places to dine.

A great little cafe is on the ground floor - convenient for a morning coffee or afternoon pick me up. And there are superettes close by if you’re needing basic groceries and not wanting to make the 10 minute walk to Moore Wilson’s.

Cleaning is included in fees as is linen and towels.

Along with your booking request it’s often helpful to understand your reason for travel.

Whether for work, holiday or visiting your kids who are at uni, Our family are excited to share our little Wellington home away from home with you.

Very nice apartment for one or two people, comfy bed, clean bathroom.Kitchen is fine for small scale cooking and well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, rice cooker etc.Location is good, close to Cuba St with plenty of great food options nearby, Fresh Choice grocery just down the street and not far to the harbour. Easy walking to the harbour and CBD. Communication with host was very good, check in very easy. I would stay again.

Wellington overnight stay

Everything you need in a city apartment for a short stay. Access to mezzanine bedroom is via an open staircase resulting in light entering from the outer stairwells overnight.

Review of Webb St property

Property was centrally located at the top of Cuba St which meant a downhill stroll to Wellington's CBD & waterfront. The café at street level under the building was a great place for breakfast. Property was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Hosts were very helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect location and great hosts

We love staying in this apartment it's got good parking on the street, you can walk everywhere and being top end of Cuba street is really good. Apartment has everything we needed and is comfortable and clean. The hosts are super easy to communicate with and seem like lovely people. Thanks again for a great stay.

The apartment was great! Enjoyed our stay. Did miss the Wi-Fi but we coped😂😂😂. Parking was tricky but once again we coped. Loved the cafe next door! Great food:) Also loved being walking distance to Cuba Street.

Great location and well equipped

We were so happy to find an affordable option to stay in Wellington while visiting family which was the perfect location for us with a mum in Brooklyn and dad living centrally. The apartment was clean, well equipped, easy for parking and had great linen on the beds. Loved the convenience of being able to use a kitchen and washing machine. Love that Hell pizza is a couple of doors up the road! Hosts were lovely and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely book again.

Cool place

I really liked the layout of the place, I would highly recommend for a solo traveler or for two people traveling. The only thing I would say is the light from the hallway is very visible at night but hopefully would be fixed. Thank you for the stay

Mini break for the family

This was the perfect place for a mini break for the family and it was really cool being so close to Cuba Street and all the facilities. Like others have said it's very light at nighttime. I'm unsure why the building needs to keep all those very bright lights on in the hallways all night! The kids coped with it okay and it's not so bad in the loft though. Would suggest bringing some earplugs as there was loud music on the first night. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

I’ve stayed here before but I keep coming back as it’s such a perfect place to stay. The apartment has everything you need and is so conveniently located. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home with so many nice little touches. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Home away from hom

I was attracted to this apartment due to the proximity to my daughter's uni accomodation as I was in Wellington to visit her. But the quality of the apartment and the brilliant location just off Cuba St meant that it worked a dream. Lots of little personal touches that made you feel special. Will definitely book again if I can when I'm next in Wellington.

Great Location

This apartment was perfect for my stay. The location is close to Cuba St and lots of fabulous eateries. The apartment is well appointed and quiet. Finding a car park can be a little be tricky. I found a park then purchased a parking coupon and left my car parked up for the duration of my stay. I used public transport and walked to get around.

Our aim is to keep the space affordable, so that people can enjoy what the great little city has to offer, and come back again! We love the open plan layout and the usability of the space along with the convenient location, it’s easy to park, and not need to drive anywhere your entire stay.
Wellington offers great dining, entertainment, culture and if you’re wanting to relax - nothing beats heading to one of the beaches close by such as Oriental Parade or chilling with a book on the roof top of the apartment complex.

We are new letting the property, and hope that it provides all the essentials for your stay, it’s not opulent or penthouse! It’s comfortable, functional, spacious and close to some amazing city hotspots.
