Getting checked in and checked out was smooth and easy. The house is nice. It has a wonderful view of Sierra Blanca. The staff of Ruidoso Vacation Rentals was attentive and courteous. This is the second property that they manage in which we have stayed. Both times went great.

We could not get in the house when we got there. I had to call, and the key pad had to be replaced. The hot tub was not working. I had to call another number and get a guy to come fix it the next day. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The house needs new pots and pans!! I had to buy my own skillet!!! Kitchen needs a cutting board and scissors. Floors were not very clean.

This was our second time at the cabin for a birthday weekend, and we love the location. It's so close to places like Pillows Funtrackers and Midtown. The hot tub, grill, and well-stocked kitchen were all fantastic. We also appreciated the great communication and customer service.The only area for improvement we noticed was the overall cleanliness. While we understand being in the woods and seeing a few spiderwebs, we did feel that for the price, the cabin could use a more thorough cleaning as there was some dust. It's a minor note, but worth mentioning. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!0

Bad Experience

We have stayed at this location before and it was amazing. This time the heater didn’t work so maintenance had to be called. We didn’t realize till that evening the water heater went out so we had no hot water the entire weekend

Great vrbo

The location was wonderful. Home was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful perk. Beautiful view. The home is a little older and had a few blemishes from use, but was not an issue for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous View

Overall it’s what was expected after reading all the reviews. Most of the complaints folks documented were still the same during our stay. Cleanliness and ants need proper attention. One thing I will add was the bed is uncomfortable, time to replace the couch and add lounge chairs for the deck would be a plus. Would not use grill as it was disgusting. Just old and wore out. But the view and hot tub is why I WILL stay here again!!!!

Property needs updating.

This is a nice property with great views in a hot tub but there’s multiple issues that need to be addressed to make this a comfortable stay. We had to contact the property manager on multiple occasions for different issues. First, the gas fireplace didn’t work. They inspected it and told us it needs to be fully replaced so we couldn’t use the fireplace for the duration of our stay. For anyone staying in the future I would question if this has been replaced because it didn’t work when we arrived. Also, the upstairs shower drain clogged and backed up so we contacted the property manager. Maintenance showed up and just poured Drano in the drain and left the floor a mess. The couches in the living room look nice but they sink in so much that you cannot use them comfortably. All the beds had twin box springs so you had a major hump in the middle of the mattress.

Lovely home - but needs a little “love”

This home is beautiful and the view of the mountains is gorgeous; however the home needs to be updated. We found it to be very dusty & in need of a good cleaning. There were large chip crumbs on area carpet left from last persons stay & all of the fake flowers/greenery were extremely dusty. The stairs were also dirty & dusty, upstairs shower grout was chipping out & a splinter of it stuck in one friends foot. The front door light fixture was hanging by a wire. I’m sure this house initially was stunning & could be again with a fresh update. The property management team however we’re top-notch…..very friendly & gave great customer service!

A trip to remember

This cabin was everything that was promised. It was a little dusty, but all in all, clean. The jacuzzi was relaxing & also clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the jacuzzi. The only issues we had were the TV in the downstairs bedroom didn't have volume, even though it was turned up to 100. Same with the Living room TV & the upstairs bedrooms ceiling fans weren't in working order, but my family & I enjoyed our mini vacation, thank u Condotele/vrbo....we will def be back!

Beautiful view but the house needs a good

The title in shower was broke all on the bottom. Sheets were so uncomfortable and dirty in every single bed room! We had no Wi-Fi or cable at the very least!

Perfect family cabin!

First off, the view from the balcony was amazing! The cabin was just as it was shown. Cozy and beautiful. Communication with host was great. We had issues with the fireplace, Wifi and lack of coffee pot but they were resolved quickly thanks to maintenance. We would definitely book again. Worth the price.

My Family had an amazing time it was a wonderful experience!

Dirty, broken down and misrepresented

Worst vacation rental we have ever stayed at by far. Filthy, dishes/pans/silverware were a joke. Many broken items that were either a safety concern or unusable-things that were advertised like the grill, oven, barstools, shuffleboard and foosball. Audio video setup was a ridiculous rat's nest of wires. Awful!!

Highly recommend!

Overall great place to stay for the family. Hot tub was nice at night. Good space and comfortable for everyone. Good location in town. Everything within 15 mins. Would highly recommend.
