My wife and I really enjoyed this property. This older home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything we needed including convenience to the downtown area. We felt very safe in this home and should we come to the area again, we will stay another time.

The host was very responsive. The accommodations were fine. It was cold outside therefore, cold in the house.

host was nice on the phone but didnt get out of his meeting( 45mins ) - called -text - email hopefully to get hold of him. trying to get in and find out the lock wasnt program. 7 hours driving - very tired and it was getting dark. host did reprogram lock and made sure we can work the lock.Next day - fine out trying to take a shoulder - no hot water. called and he walk us thru how to get hot water, the settings was backwards( you turn on slowly in cold water and very hot. so you have to keep turning the knob toward hot water label. (host - stated didnt get around to the repair ) couldnt fine toaster, only one regular coffee mug for the- K-cup maker. Microwave didnt have a light on - maybe broken or unplug. we didnt want to pull out the machine, ( up very high ) next going to used airfryer, diry and they didnt supplies liners. We did love the big living room and the big windows - location was great. Have a great day hope some of problems are correct for next visiter stay. host was easy to talk with but we shouldnt had to call on all what i listed , he needs to check on a schedule to keep the quality up,

The house is beautiful. It is walking distance to downtown and great coffee shops. The kitchen and home has everything you need. It is really nice to be able to park right behind the house and behind a gate. Would stay here again.

The house was spectacular, beautiful inside and out great hardwood floors plenty of TVs and all the rooms, quiet cozy location close to all restaurants and to downtown mobile, and close to the freeway, it was really a joy being there

Property was nice, unfortunately because of heat we couldnt use the outside facilities. And the showers were a bit difficult for older people like us.

The stay was excellent. It was an older historic home that had been nicely modernized and renovated while maintaining its charm. It had a nice Mardi Gras vibe as well. The host made snack bags for us along with coffee selections giving it all the nice touches. The house was extremely clean and accessible to nearby areas for food, etc. We were there to visit the University of South Alabama so it was very accessible for us as well. We even went to Dauphin Island for a day while there, Gulf Shores for a day, as well as Fairhope for a day. We loved the accessibility to all of those areas and the listing was very affordable. We had a great time! The host even accommodated an early check in since we arrived earlier than expected.

Great stay in Mobile

The property was exactly as advertised - cozy, historic, two bedroom home only minutes from downtown Mobile. Perfect spot to access a variety of activities in the greater Mobile area and walkable to restaurants on Dauphin Street. Well stocked kitchen was used often during our 6 night stay. The whole check-in/communication process was seamless. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed for our son's All State Band Performance and were 5 min from the Conference Center. Great location! Beautiful home!
