Great stay and great hospitality

Location and property exceeded the expectations and the customer service and communication along the way was top-notch. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Arizona.

Great stay in Glendale

Property was clean and well kept. Back yard was spacious and had plenty of seating for eating out doors or just relaxing by the fire pit. Easy walk to State Farm and Westgate!

Amazing property, with amazing property managers

We absolutely love this property, my family enjoyed it immensely. To be so close to everything in west gate is really convenient. Peaceful neighborhood and plenty of space. I would recommend this place.

Location and Ease

We wanted to be centrally located for Spring Training and this was the perfect spot! The house was great and met all of our needs. Lots of room to gather inside and the outside looked great. We did not take advantage of the outdoor space as it was too cold during our visit. Would absolutely stay again.

Great location and property

This property is located a stone’s throw from our event destination, the Diamondback arena for my commencement. It was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable, though the giant sectional sofas were quite nappable as well. The pool appeared to be clean and well maintained. I may have to go back for my masters just to stay here again.

Perfect for Family Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Perfect location if you’re going to a football game or event at the stadium. Pool was perfect, house was clean and very comfortable! Easy check in/out process. Had a small issue with the AC the first night and they had someone there in about 30 minutes to get it all fixed! Great communication. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house itself was nice. The pool and outside not so matter. The pool has algae, moss leaves, you could swim in the pool. It was unhealthy and we were very dissatisfied. I can't find a way to contact the owners to tell them. We wantva refund at least compensated for our stay. I advised the property manager several times with pictures. Very disappointed.

From the owner: "We're glad to hear you found the house itself to your liking, but we're truly sorry for the condition of the pool during your visit. We were in regular communication during your stay and shared updates from the pool service company, including confirmation that the pool had been treated the day before your arrival. Unfortunately, the water did not clear within the 24-hour timeframe the service company estimated, and despite our efforts, we weren’t able to get them to return sooner due to their fixed weekly schedule. We understand how disappointing this was and appreciate that you reported the issue promptly. We’re also grateful you let us know about the kitchen faucet. The batteries have since been replaced, and it is now dispensing water normally. We're glad to hear Evolve was able to provide a partial refund as compensation, and we want to reassure you that the pool has since been properly maintained and used without issue by subsequent guests. Thank you for your feedback."
