4 Beds+den equipped 3 KING size beds and 1 Queen, 3.5 bath. perfect for your holiday in the Rockies. ONLY 1 hr drive to Banff and 35min. to the airport or DT(Stampede). Inside a Resort Community with great lakes, beach, restaurants and a championship golf course. ( Phil Mickelson signature, 102nd PGA Championship of Canada course)

The Clubhouse offering great dining options and breath-taking views (served brunch and dinner 7 days a week, buffet dinner over the weekend), cross the road is the driving range with attached restaurant and bar operate 7 days a week from 11am until 11pm. Parks, playgrounds and trails inside neighborhood see details at liveinharmony dot CA. Common Grounds is a Café & Restaurant inside the community only 3 min. drive(10 mins walk) offering breakfast, lunch and dinner

Beside the amenities in the community, the kids theme park "Calaway park" is perfect spot for your little ones in just 10 mins drive.

3500+SF 5 Beds 3.5 bath luxury single house, next to the Park/Playground ideally for your kids to play at doorstep safely. NO neighbors in the front and direct rear line maintains a good privacy while you are staying. Maximum for 8 adults plus 2 young kids.

North to South layout, ONLY one bedroom facing West keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

5 min. walk to the lake and beach. Park and mountain view from office/bonus room.

Harmony is small town feel community has great mountain view and it's the ideal gateway to the mountains as well as quick commute to downtown Calgary. Minutes from highway 1-only 1 hour to Banff, 40 mins to Kananaskis, 30 mins to downtown (Stampede)or airport, 15 mins to the historical town of Cochrane.

The community has second to none amenities that you can find from Calgary to Banff area. Phil Mickelson signature championship golf course(2024 PGA Canada Championship Course), top rated driving range, luxury clubhouse. beautiful lakes& beach, parks, trails, playgrounds, various restaurants and even a kid's theme park nearby-a place for true retreat for your staying in the vicinity of the Rocky Mountains but still close to the city.

Only 5 years new over 3500SF house, 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, 2King size bed +1 Queen bed plus a sofa bed turn into another King size bed, separate office room.

Master bedroom equipped with a top brand mattress (Tempur-Pedic), walk-in closet and lavish bathroom, no direct exposure to the neighbors from the windows maintains good privacy while you're staying.

Right in front of a park/ playground, you could sit at the office room to watch your kids play at the doorstep safely from the large windows.

Only 5 mins short walk to the lake beach even for the little ones, laydown on the chair for a sunny day while your kids play on the sands, or you can bring your own or easily rent a kayak at the beach to explore the lake.

Within 5 mins drive there's 3 restaurants offering great dining options from early morning until 11pm, nice view of the mountain and fairway at the Clubhouse and Common Ground is newly opened Café and Restaurant by the lake area.

If you are a golf fun swing at Mickelson National is definitely something you don't want to miss, Springbank Links is another course only 10 mins away which provide excellent value of your money. In 40-60 mins drive you will find several famous courses in the mountains area in Kananaskis, Canmore at very reasonable price. Kananaskis (36 holes), Silvertip and Stewart Creek are the top listed.
