Property is large and in a very nice neighborhood. The house is very tired looking and in need of updating. The carpets were stained and one room smelled like cigarettes. There was a big hole in one of sheets. The house is in need of a deep clean with lots of dust on the windows and higher surfaces. We also had to refill the propane tank for the BBQ in order to use it. The host was very easy to contact and did graciously give us a late checkout.

Nice big house and we enjoyed our stay. I would have given it a 5 star but the towels were very old, the walls needed painting, bedside lamp was not working, and there was an uncomfortable futon in the living room.
