The Space:
This spacious house features three large bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. The property maintains its Victorian charm with high ceilings and traditional design. It also had a BBQ in the backyard. The property has had air conditioning installed throughout in September 2026 to provide both heating and cooling depending on what the Sydney weather brings us.

- There are stairs leading from street level to the house. All bedrooms are upstairs
- For your safety and security, we have cameras installed at strategic locations around the property, including the sides of the house, front, and backyard. These are external cameras only and are in place to ensure the safety of both our guests and the property.
-There is a shed out the back that is storage only and not accessible to anyone and is locked.
