PLEASE NOTE:
* Default Setup: one if the beds is a Split King bed with adjustable frames.
* Alternative Configurations (available upon request prior to arrival):
* A) Seamless King Bed: We can bridge the gap between the two mattresses for a traditional king-size bed. Please note that the adjustable bed frames will not function in this configuration.
* B) Two Twin XL Beds: The Split King can be separated into two Twin XL beds for guests who prefer individual sleeping arrangements within the shared room.
* IMPORTANT: The adjustable bed frames are a fantastic feature, but they're also delicate. To ensure they work properly for all guests, please avoid sitting on the head/foot of bed when the frames are in elevated positions. Also, please keep children from playing with the controls, as this can damage the mechanisms. Thanks for helping us keep these beds in great shape! 🙏

GUEST ACCESS:

Pool (seasonal) is open during these times:

May and September: 10 am - 8:30 pm
June to August: 10 am - 10 pm

You are welcome to use the pool earlier - please let us know in advance so we can open the pool for you. However we may be around watering plants and tidying up before opening time.

Hot tub may be used between 8 am - 10 pm daily.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
‘Owners live on the property’.

The front yard and backyard are shared areas by our family. However we limit the use of the backyard and its amenities to give guests their privacy when in use. Pool, Hot tub, backyard is only for people listed on this reservation. Please read our house rules before booking. Also, our property backs on to orchards and vineyards and low decibel bird cannons can be heard around harvest season.

While our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere, please note our home isn't entirely soundproof and isn't childproof. However we do our best to keep sound at a minimum when we are hosting guests.

We have two dogs that occasionally need to go outside in the backyard. We do our best to limit their time outside when we have guests, but there may be times when they need a short break. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, please let us know in advance.

Last, but not least, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including trip interruption insurance, to protect your booking funds in case of unexpected changes to your plans. This can provide peace of mind and help prevent financial loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
