THE SPACE:
Private 2 bedroom suite with separate entrance. Free 2 car parking on property.

High ceiling and lots of natural light welcomes you when you enter. Oversized king and queen bedrooms have high end posturepedic mattresses that can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Both the bedrooms have a lock feature for privacy. The sofa in the living/dining area can open up to a double bed that can sleep 2 children.
(Note: For a group of over 4 adults, please check out our 3 bedroom listing.)

The suite has its own private washroom. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.
There is an additional 2nd full washroom located by the pool for your use.

Soft water system with Reverse Osmosis drinking water located in the well equipped kitchenette with BBQ utensils and pots and pans.

Outdoors is a gas BBQ and Stove. Great for preparing breakfast or a quick meal. Pots, pans and cooking utensils provided. Enjoy your meal in one of our many dining/seating areas around the property.

The stairs outside the Kitchenette leads up to the backyard where the heated salt water pool and hot tub is located. Further up is our large viewing deck. Relax and enjoy the beautiful valley and lake views from up here. Loungers and patio tables are set up to spend quality time with your family and friends.

Also, the backyard in itself is private, surrounded by mature trees and backing onto a winery and ravine/orchard.

Please Note:
‘Write us a short note about your group and trip. The front yard and backyard are shared areas by our family and our guests. However we limit the use of the backyard and its amenities to give guests their privacy when in use. Pool, Hot tub, Backyard is only for people listed on this reservation. This is a shared space with one other guest unit and owners who live upstairs. However, depending on when it’s used, you might find the backyard and pool/HT area completely to yourselves.

Only booked guests on reservation have free access to the pool area. Authorized visitor is $100/person/day upon approval only. No overnight visitors.
No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs inside the units or anywhere on the property, except designated area. Excessive noise/blasting music prohibited at all times.
We have a septic system. So please help us maintain it by not flushing anything other than toilet paper NO hair dye, bleach and flushable wipes.

Surrounded by flora and fauna, it is very safe and family oriented neighborhood.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property unique is the location as well as the amenities. One of Kelowna's oldest neighborhoods, we are surrounded by mature trees, greenery and wild life. Far from the sounds of city traffic and pollution, yet close enough to everything.

We live in a family oriented neighborhood with a small children's park right across from our home. The backyard shares the fence with a winery and a ravine. If you love nature, you wont be disappointed, we are surrounded by it.

There is a heated salted water pool to enjoy the sunsets from and a 6 person hot tub / jacuzzi to soak in after a long day of adventure. There is also a large viewing deck that sits on top of the property from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the valley.
