Single Level: Patio with Lighthouse views! Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and Queen Sleep Sofa and the kitchen with counter seating for 6. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Extras: 3 TVs, outside shower, gas grill, parking for 2 vehicles, internet access, books, games, washer/dryer, patio and Community pool and fitness center. No Smoking. No Pets. Seasonal Flex Stay available from October 1 - May 15.​​​​​​​ Beds: 2 King, Queen Sleep Sofa. House Address: 1115 Ocean Trail - #18B, Corolla. Distance to beach access: 1050'. Key Type: Keyless entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

PROS:The biggest pro of this property is the fantastic location! Steps to public beach access. Walking distance to Currituck Heritage Park and Currituck Light Town Center with restaurants, coffee shops, mini golf, ice cream, etc. There is even a margarita and taco bar on the property. It’s got everything you could want in the way of location. The condo itself is cozy and recently built. Wifi, washer/dryer, A/C. Community pool. They also have beach gear in their storage unit that they allow guests to use. Dedicated parking spot for the unit. CONS:The bed in the master bedroom was horrible. We couldn’t tell if there was actually a bed support missing or broken or if the mattress was just ruined. I’ve never seen a hole in a mattress as bad as this bed. We aren’t high maintenance sleepers, but there was no way around it short of sleeping on the sofa. The mattress in the other room was great. So, not sure what was going on with the master bed. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The kitchen is new, but not well equipped for any real cooking unless you bring your own kitchenware. Definitely felt more like a bachelor pad than a full kitchen setup. Property management never responded to our inquiries about the community amenities (cabana rentals, gym, gate codes) and there was no info left in the condo about them either.

Very clean, great for a small family we're two couples. Location is ideal, no need to drive after you get there. Beach, lighthouse, museums, shops restaurants all in walking distance. Very likely returning
