The hot tub on the back outside deck in 232, above your outside deck, does create a humming sound when the heat pump comes on, some people find the noise irritating, so if you are sensitive to sound this may not be the suite for you.

We were most impressed with the whole experience! It was a very clean well stocked comfortable house and the neighbours were awesome (added bonus):) We will definitely return and if available would not hesitate to stay there again! Would also have no problem if called upon to give a five star rating!

Very clean and comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor patio. Megan also responded quickly and check in and check out was easy. Only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the cleaner missed taking out the trash and recycling, and the instant coffee (my parents prefer it over regular coffee), and hot chocolate were out, and it seemed like the people before us didn’t wash a few of the plates, they just put them back in the cupboard after use. Just some things hopefully the host will check for in the future. She did offer to come take out the trash, but didn’t say much about the things that were out. Hopefully they’ll be replaced for next time! Overall, very nice stay.

I sincerely apologize for the trash and the plates; I have already met with my cleaning team to ensure a more rigorous review of the kitchen regarding cupboards and bins. Regarding the coffee, while we provide a Keurig and a variety of pods for our guests, we occasionally leave behind sealed items left by previous travelers (like the instant coffee you found). I appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve, and I’d love to host your family again.

The location of this Kimberley suite is good, and the kitchen was well equipped with basics, including a blender. However, the suite needs better cleaning, maintenance, and more professional host communication.The patio was dirty and full of debris, the barbecue had not been cleaned in quite some time, and there was a dark water stain on the living room ceiling near the patio. The bathroom also needs attention, as the shower curtain had large mildew stains and the toilet seats were partially broken. Noise from the upstairs suite was also quite loud.Our biggest concern was the pet policy communication. We had stayed here the previous year and were given permission by the owner to bring our small, non-shedding doodle, despite the listing saying no pets. Before this stay, we asked again and were told yes and welcomed back. However, after upstairs guests complained about seeing our dog, the owner told us pets were not allowed and then did not respond when we reminded her that she had approved it. We felt we had to leave and ended up checking out two days early, with no credit provided.Overall, the location is good, but the suite needs updates and the host communication was disappointing.
