The hot tub on the back outside deck in 232, above your outside deck, does create a humming sound when the heat pump comes on, some people find the noise irritating, so if you are sensitive to sound this may not be the suite for you.

We are cyclists and found this location excellent to get on to the Northstar rails 2 trails ride. Great place to relax apres-ride. Kimberly is a great little town. So picturesque. Amenities are great, garage so handy.

Beautiful property, plenty of natural light. Megan was quick to respond to questions. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. We would highly recommend this property.

Kitchen was fully equipped even had olive oil and plàstic wrap and tinfoil and all your coffee and tea needs. Very safe neighborhood and easy walk into Kimberly village.

We were most impressed with the whole experience! It was a very clean well stocked comfortable house and the neighbours were awesome (added bonus):) We will definitely return and if available would not hesitate to stay there again! Would also have no problem if called upon to give a five star rating!

The Host responded to my questions very promptly. The kitchen is well equipped. I recommend that the fry pans be replaced. The bedrooms are a little to small for the queen sized beds. Walking space around the beds is too narrow. Also, there was only enough space for one night table.
