We had a nice view of the water from our balcony! However, when we got there we were told the wrong room number and let into the wrong room that others were staying in. Once we got into our room the master bed had sand all in it. We also noticed there was mold on the shower head in master bathroom and mold on the wall in guest bathroom. The appliances could use some touch ups. The Dishwasher didn’t want to work and all the labels were gone from the stove.

Perfect vacay area

Excellent experience! Our condo was nicely maintained and spotless clean, believe me, my wife checks everything! It was stocked with all the necessities plus many extras provided by the host. The pool area was fun for the kids and very relaxing for adults. Steps away from the beach makes it very convenient. We loved the area and friendly people. Our host was amazing! Leslie was very sweet and helpful. She was quick to communicate and offer local suggestions on excursions and restaurants. This is a 100/10 for a vacation stay.

Overall a Decent Stay, But Some Initial Issues

We enjoyed our time at this property overall, and the location was great for beach access and we loved having access to the indoor pool. However, we did encounter a few issues upon our arrival that we brought to the hosts attention.Firstly, there was a noticeable musty or mildewy smell throughout the property when we first entered. We aired it out, which helped somewhat.Secondly, we were surprised to find that all of the provided towels were wet and had been folded and placed in the cabinets. We had to wash and dry them before we could use them.Additionally, we were planning to utilize the pull-out sofa bed, but unfortunately, we could not locate any sheets for it. Our host was communicating quickly before this and offered to have the cleaning people come back, but we had already taken care of our issues. However, after asking about sheets for the couch, she responded that there should be some there and that was our last communication from her.Finally, there was some food left in the kitchen sink upon our arrival, which we took care of.Despite these initial inconveniences, we did appreciate the comfortable beds and the well-equipped kitchen. With a little more attention to detail regarding cleanliness and ensuring all necessary linens are readily available, this could be a truly excellent VRBO. We hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.

Nice location. Condo needs a deep clean.

Nice condo. Beautiful beach. Convenient. Has nice pools and hot tubs. You can rent chairs, but the ones the condo provides all need repalaced. Under the beds were disgusting- pills, clothes, wrappers, dirt, etc. The whole condo needs a very deep clean. Furniture stained with spills and also needs cleaned.

Best hostess ever

Condo was super nice and clean for our stay. Good furniture that was comfortable. Stocked kitchen to prepare meals was a plus. We arrived too late to get groceries, so having coffee provided for an early morning sunrise watch, was very appreciated. We appreciated that the condo seemed very fresh and new bedding items. Leslie helped us plan fun things to do and a discount code for jet skis!! We had a blast! Top notch condo and host!!

Gorgeous ocean views

We arrived to a fresh clean condo that was well stocked and felt right at home. We enjoyed the snack basket and local coffees. Thoughtful treats were left for us to enjoy and that was much appreciated. Plenty of towels and good quality toilet paper!! Our favorites were watching sunrise and sunsets on the balcony!! Leslie was our host and she was truly amazing. I mentioned we had forget our beach towels, and within an hour she brought us 6 new ones!! Excellent customer service and communication from Leslie.

It was ok

The condo is nice and it was very clean, but its older. Many things need to be updated. Outlets dont work unless you turn light switches on. One lamp wasnt even plugged in because there was no outlet for it. There were many pipe drainage issues but once we informed the property manager they were on top of it. Still wasnt repaired before we left but we managed for the most part. Hopefully they can get everything repaired before the next guest. The pictures are a little deceiving by making the living area and balcony appear bigger than they really are. Balcony is really close to the neighbors, a little too close for our liking. We won't be staying here again but it wasn't a horrible experience. Once the problems inside are fixed I feel like a smaller family or group of friends would have a good time here.

Nice condo Nice host

Spent a wonderful week at this condo in Orange Beach. It was very clean and well stocked with needed items. The entire experience was relaxing and fantastic. The host, Leslie, is a huge plus when renting this place. She checked in with us, but wasn't overbearing like some past hosts have been. Location was in the middle of everything. I spent a week in paradise and didn't want to leave.

Nice rental condo

We had a wonderful vacation in Orange Beach at the Pheonix VI. The condo was in a central location close to everything. It was clean and provided what we needed for our visit. The kitchen was well equpped for all meals. I liked that a covered parking spot was provided at no cost to us to use. The pool was clean and had nice seating. Leslie was a great host and offered to help with anything we needed.

Beautiful beach condo

We have stayed at many of the Pheonix's for vacation throughout the years. This condo is one of the best we've had the pleasure of renting. It was very clean and the furnishings were modern and in great shape. I like to cook family meals and the kitchen had everything I need including a new set of top of the line cookware. The balcony had a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The coffee tray was also a nice touch. Our host, Leslie was the best we've had. When I asked about beach towels, she had them delivered within about an hour!! We are definitely going to include this condo in our next family vacation. Thanks for making it great!!

Great rental

Beautiful condo but...

The condo was nicely furnished. It was not cleaned well prior to our arrival (empty bottles under beds and floors dirty. The dryer vent was disconnected and the mgmt company was notified but never fixed. Kitchen needs an update (cabinet doors won't stay closed and very worn) with no cookie sheets or decent pots and pans. Balcony was nice but needs more comfortable furniture.

Good Property, but Cleanliness Can be Improved

The property was as pictured on listing. When we arrived, the cleaning service was just leaving and the unit smelled nice. We soon discovered the floor remained filthy under the furniture and even sticky in some places. A pile of dirty laundry was left in a closet and our towels were still damp from their previous washing.

Great beach getaway

The view from the 14th floor was amazing. We woke up and ate breakfast on the balcony every morning, watching the sunrise. Getting to the beach took only minutes. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 teenagers to spread out in the unit. Leslie gave great recommendations for restaurants and was so quick to respond to any inquiries I had. If you have a larger group, I would recommend bringing some baking sheets if you plan to cook. There was only one small round pan in the cabinet. Other than that, I had no trouble with finding any basic kitchen necessities. Overall, we had a lovely trip and can’t wait to visit again this summer!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. Upon arrival, it smelled great and was sparkly clean. We could tell somebody loves this condo .. besides us!!! We travel quite alot, and found this condo and area to be one of our favorites. The host was amazing and so sweet!
