The Graystone House directly on the St. Lawrence River is now accepting guests for the 2025 season!
This well cared for home will welcome you and your guests and make you feel at home featuring an inground pool overlooking the St. Lawrence!
Direct access to the River with stationary dock for mooring your boat or seadoo
Shallow water on either side of the dock with river rock-perfect for children to access and wade

The house was great. There were 8 adults and one child, all were very comfortable. The dock worked well for mooring my boat all week. One big of warning, there are raccoons about, so be sure the trash isn't left outside. Property manager answered all my communication promptly and completely. Overall we were very satisfied and would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful stay

This property is perfectly located on St. Lawrence river with beautiful views of the 1000 islands. The house was well furnished and stocked with everyting we needed for a 1 week stay. It was immacuately cleaned. We made great use of the pool and were able to dock our rented boat at the private dock steps from the house. Angela was easy to communicate wity and highly responsive to all of our needs. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation.

Quiet 1000 Islands Getaway

Graystone House is a lovely property with plenty of indoor space, a well-maintained pool, and well-stocked supplies. The furnishings were all very nice and the beds were comfortable. Our party of 6 had plenty of space to spread out. The in-ground pool was a hit with the children, as was the large boat dock for fishing in the shallow bay.The only negatives were poor signal strength and intermittent wi-fi which effected both internet use and watching streaming channels on the TVs, which were the only ones available (no satellite cable). The AC worked well, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We had a few minor issues getting the gas grill to work, but Angela (the property manager) responded quickly and came by to help with any of our concerns. The only major issue we had was with trash storage and pick up. The outdoor containers for placing trash were not adequate enough and were already full when we arrived. There were several garbage bags left outside the containers that had been ripped open by wildlife. Angela saw the problem firsthand and had someone clear up that mess the same day. We appreciated her help and attention to any issues we had, and she will be recommending a better storage solution for the trash going forward. Despite these minor inconveniences on our trip, we would definitely recommend staying at Graystone House based on the living space, location, ammenities, and responsiveness of the property manager, Angela. We had a great time!

Super séjour !

Nous louons une maison à chaque année depuis les 6 dernières années dans les milles îles, cette maison est de loin la meilleure que nous avons louer. Très grande, super bien équipée, l’emplacement est idéal et la piscine vraiment apprécié. Merci beaucoup

Nice location, nice pool, 5 tolls of toilet paper for 10 guests / 3 days No scott towel Fan down stair to dry the carpet ( smell of cat pee) Would of been nice to have a notice. Bed downstairs, camping bed... But we had a nice time

Feedback on Graystone House

We were very happy with the house despite a soggy carpet in the basement. The manager dealt with the leak immediately but the carpet was soaked. The beds were made up but 1 bed was missing a sheet and another missing a pillow case and 2 towels were missing. Not serious but meant sleeping in contact with the comforter. Kitchen was well supplied, loved having lots of dishes and cutlery. A help sheet would help on how to work tv, garbage day, how to recycle. We took ours home. Thanks. M Rahn

Perfect Family weekend

It was the perfect vacation rental for families. We all really enjoyed our time here and had so much fun. Everyone is already talking about next year!

Great family fun

Great time for a family. Full kitchen. Pool was used 2 to 3 times per day. Dock is great for kayaking and paddleboarding. Close to the Parkway for hours of safe cycling. Would rent again.
