This beautiful lakefront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, spa-pool, 2 outdoor entertaining areas and no doubt some of the best views in Taupo. The lake is at the doorstep, and town centre is just down the road.

Located across the street from the waters edge, with uninterrupted lake and mountain views, you will not want to leave.

There is a front balcony to sit and take in the views, and there is also a covered outdoor entertaining/BBQ area at the back of the property.

Bedding configuration is 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen + 1x Single.

This property is completely secure with a roller door to access the driveway from road front so you have the peace of mind of a secure property.

Please note this is an adult only property only available to guests over the age of 12 years. We do not allow young children.

Maximum 7 guests - all children must be over 12 years of age to stay.

We stayed here with our 4 children, was perfect spot, hot tub was great parking was perfect.. only thing was Wifi was terrible, very very slow for 3 uni students who needed access for study.. otherwise we had a nice stay in Taupo..

Great balcony with a view of the beach opposite, we enjoyed some spectacular sundowners, the house is very comfortable and homely, the kitchen is well equipped, we really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a lovely short walk into town and a great cycle path through the parks

Perfect Location in Taupo

Our family enjoy our first trip to New Zealand and Taupo. The location of this property was perfect distance to access to the water and pubs and restaurants downtown.

A perfect place for a mid-winter break

An absolute gem! We absolutely love staying here. A fantastic view of the lake, exactly as depicted. The house was well stocked with everything we might need. We greatly enjoyed the spa pool on a cold day (easy to use). Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this property. Easy walkable distance into town. We will be back!

Great location with amazing views of Lake Taupo & beyond.

Perfect accommodation for our family get together. Just recommend that a wee bit maintenance is done e.g., loose toilet roll holders tightened etc. A small thing - but does take the shine off an otherwise great weekend away.

Amazing lakefront view property

Beautiful house with wonderful views. Very spacious, lots of bedrooms and multiple living spaces so everyone could spread out. A coffee van right across the street and a lovely outdoor area.

Max views for relaxation

We had a fantastic stay relaxing and enjoying the veiws across the lake and Ruapheu. Short flat walk around the lake to town and coffee cart right across the road. Clean and tidy.

Great location, with many amenities, beautiful spa and lovely views. The house was clean, tidy and warm. The kitchen was great but a little tired. Things like sharp knives and maybe a blender would be a good addition. Overall a fantastic weekend away - Thanks

It was ok.

Good: spacious, great location and views of the lake, good undercover off street parking Not so good: cleanliness, the floors in the bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. Low water pressure in the showers, WiFi was patchy and slow. No smart TV. No remote supplied for the garage door meant had to leave it open when away from house. Some bedside lamps in 2 of the rooms would be helpful. Microwave doesn't work.

Lake and Mountain Views

Great place to stay. The views here are amazing and so handy to main centre of Taupo. Was on holiday with husband and 3 young adults so there was plenty of space to for us all to socialise with each other and have their own space when needed. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you
