This 3 bedroom condo was great for our family. Large spacious balcony. The condo was clean and had plenty of linens.Pools were wonderful. Loved that they had security guard. Everyone was super nice.

The room was clean; the beach view great, the furniture was great even the mattresses; the washing machine could stand updating (tray doesn’t fit hole well) but worked fine; it was a lovely place. A suggestion— the toilets need to be taller at least in the master and a walk in shower instead of a tub which is sort of a safety hazard trying to step into it. The place was super for the price and really very clean.

This property would have gotten a 5 star review, had 705 been cleaner upon arrival. When we arrived we found items left behind as well as an unclean space. I will spare you the details, however I did reach out to the management company and they sent someone to clean up a specific mess. The building location, accommodations, and cleanliness was great. Parking is secure, pools were clean, and beach access was convenient. We would definitely stay in the building again, but not 705.

We loved this condo! It was spacious and extremely clean. I had to contact the rental agency several times, and they were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was well stocked with Tupperware, dishes, and other kitchen supplies. However it would have been nice if there were some plastic dishes for eating outside (we don’t like to have glassware out on the patio). Also room two’s bed was only a full size, and the third room with the two double beds, first bed was very very squeaky. Overall the view was beautiful, location was perfect. Management team was amazing to work with, and loved getting the daily updates!

It was great except...

My daughters both said the beds in their rooms were uncomfortable. The floors looked clean but when you walked barefoot your feet were black. The view and the beach were great. Had a wonderful vacation.

Great condo, perfect balcony, amazing views!

My parents, teenage son and I booked this condo for a last trip of summer getaway! The condo was exactly as description. The balcony was bigger than most I've stayed in over the years. The view is spectacular, lookin out over the pool and beach. We rented chairs on the beach for the week 😎 My only suggestion would be to provide a dustpan for the people who like to clean the sand up every day 😁

We had a little hiccup in the first room, but was accommodated with a room that was really nice and larger than we needed. It was done in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend itrip for any booking trips you may need. Thank you, Shasta, for being so prompt and caring for our needs. We were down for my daughters wedding ceremony on the beach. A wedding that had been canceled due to covid, then hurricane sally. We were able to fulfill her dream of a beach wedding and a beautiful room with many accommodations.

We loved this property! Very clean upon arrival! The beach view is amazing! Located in a perfect spot with lots of places with in walking distance. Easy to access the beach! The elevators were pretty fast as well. So no long wait. My only issue was the sliding door in the living room was a little rough to open.
