It’s comfortable and set up for everyday living, with a full kitchen, secure parking, and a location perfect for exploring Hobart on foot.

this apartment was amazing. Location couldn't be any better, with cafes ,bars, restaurants, shopping and the wharf all within walking distance.The tourist information centre, also an easy walk away, and very helpful staff.very clean accommodation with all you can think of supplied.from bed sheets to beautiful bath towels, everything is first grade.the apartment is on 3 levels ,so if you are travelling with very young children or elderly folk, be prepared for stairs.Our host Daniel was easy to contact for queries, and responded promptly.

We had a fantastic long weekend staying at Cove Loft, it was everything we wanted for a very comfortable stay for 4 adults. The location was perfect for exploring Hobart.The apartment was very well appointed.

Was a good location right near the waterfront. Daniel had good communication with getting into the property and us addressing our needs. With the road noise it was quite hard for us to sleep but the beds were comfortable!

Perfect location for our Dark Mofo stay!

Perfect location for Dark Mofo – just a 5-minute walk to Dark Park and right by the wharf where all the action is! The rooms and beds were super comfortable, and the space was just right for the four of us, especially on our recovery days between festival events. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Girl’s getaway

Dan and Jan’s apartment was fantastic. Looked exactly like it did in photos. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen/living room were ideal with everything we needed. The location was perfect … quick walk down to the waterfront and Salamanca with lots of pubs and cafes. If you’re thinking about a Hobart holiday this accommodation ticks all the boxes.

Daniel was the best host. When we had to cancel our booking last year he was so understanding and accommodating. He was always prompt and clear with communication. When we finally made it to Hobart we had such a great stay. It’s such a comfy, warm and well furnished apartment. Really comfy beds, Necessities supplied in the bathroom and pantry, and board games to play. A lovely short walk to the markets and plenty of eateries close by. 10/10. Thanks :)

Great apartment in top location

Three of us had a wonderful ladies 4 day break in Hobart staying at this apartment. The place was exactly as described and depicted on the website. It was clean, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. It was in a great location that allowed an easy stroll to the waterfront, restaurants and cafes. We also hired a car and used the secure parking available. I was extremely happy with the host's fast and helpful communication. The details for access to all amenities were given and even included photos with the directions as needed. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit Hobart!

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this great apartment which couldn’t have a better location. We appreciated the free parking and the proximity to so much of what Hobart offers. The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern, well equipped and spacious so it was perfect for our group of five adults. It would also be good for even a couple as the area is split between levels so you can live in a smaller zone of the apartment or for a larger group everyone can have their own space to spread out as required.Daniel is a wonderful host, easy to reach and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning to Hobart. It was really a home away from home! Thank you so much Dan and Jan!

Central Hobart

We visited as a family from Brisbane. We found the apartment large, well appointed and centrally located. A bit too central as the road traffic was constant.We also found the townhouse cold. The heating was in the lower hallway and the upper lounge. Nothing in the bedrooms, except electric blankets. This property would be brilliant in the spring and summer months but we were constantly needing to add layers. The heaters were on timers which we couldn’t adjust so we woke up to 4 degrees on our first morning. I have no doubt southerners would find this property perfect but us northerners found it chilly.But, that aside, walking distance to everywhere in central Hobart. Clean, spacious, well equipped, easy parking and reasonably priced.

Many thanks for your review Noeline. I wish you had alerted us to the heating issue, as we could have told you how to turn the auto heating timers off. The prior guests must have applied this timed setting which is easy to remedy if we were alerted to it. So glad you loved the central location, and as is with all central spots they come with some back ground noise of local traffic. Thanks again for staying, and if you ever have some elements that a host could remedy during a stay, please don’t hesitate in contacting us as we can often fix the issues immediately (and in this instance would have kept the apartment toastier during your stay). I chose to live here because Hobart is such a picturesque and easy city to enjoy. I love being in central Hobart, where cafés, the waterfront and Salamanca are all within walking distance, yet the building itself remains quiet and residential.

This home is centrally located while remaining quiet and comfortable. As it’s my primary residence, it’s been furnished for everyday living rather than as a typical short-stay property.
