The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen patio is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or breakfast. The kitchen connects with the living room via a breakfast bar. The spacious dining area seats four. The living room features ample seating, a 60-inch Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. Large sliders provide access to the semi-private patio.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The master bedroom includes a spacious king-size bed and plenty of natural light. It also has an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a 46-inch SmartTV, and a walk-in closet. The adjacent bathroom features a combination tub- hower, and a single-sink vanity. Parking is on the street or driveway.

The Beautiful large western-facing patio is great for entertaining or unwinding. The property features a two-burner BBQ, a fire feature for cooler nights, and a chaise lounge to read a book or nap. The community pool and spa are just a few condos away.
