Pickerel Lake Cabin

Great property for a fishing trip. Beautiful setting and location. Everything you need and more. Eagles visiting daily. Highly recommended this property. Looking forward to our next trip and renting this cabin again.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our second stay and Steve and Jenna’s place! We are so fortune to get to spend time at their cabin on Pickerel Lake. There communication was superb and they’ve recently added cable and a cell phone booster! These both helped with the rainy days. Thanks for allowing my family time together in the North Woods!

Amazing get away!

We loved this place. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was awesome. The few minor hints that happened (power outage, WiFi’s outage)...Steve helped us through it. The hosts were very welcoming and readily available to us. The fishing was great and the place is awesome! We’ll definitely be back!

Great week on the lake.

We could not get enough of the sunrises. Fishing was good. I caught many chunky bass, with one four pounder. Bluegill fish fry was to die for. We felt very comfortable in the cottage. We would like to reserve again next year at about the same date. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

Absolutely Fantastic!

My family and I have rented this place 3 years in a row and we will continue to this cabin every year. It’s clean, big back yard area. The fishing is fantastic! No matter what time of day, the fish are biting. You don’t even need a boat. You fish right from the dock. We caught Bluegills, Sunfish, perch and Crappies right off the dock. The owners are greats also. If you get a chance to rent this place, Do It, you won’t regret it

Best Place Ever!

The cottage by the lake was absolutely awesome! The place was clean and had everything we needed. You can fish all day from the dock and catch fish all day long. We will be renting this place again next year

Lovely family getaway

Our family had such a restful time at this beautiful lake property. It was a perfect location for our boys! We fished all day, relaxed on the hammock, made smores each evening on the fire pit, kayaked and paddleboated around the lake, watched fun movies at night, grilled outdoors. Just an overall perfect family vacation during this pandemic. Even though it is in the middle of nowhere, everything we needed was at the cottage. We really appreciated the wifi connection and Netflix and movie selection as well. Wish we could've stayed here longer! Thank you Steve and Jenna for your quick replies, the ease of check in and check out and the thoughtful check in goodies! In the words of my 9 year old, this place is the best!

We loved staying at Steve and Jenna's place. They really worked with us to find open dates for our family. We also appreciated the added bonus of having kayaks for the kids to use. We can't wait to visit next year!
