Clean and comfortable

Very nice place to stay on our way out of Toronto. The washer and dryer were a great addition and much appreciated for a long road trip!

We had everything we needed for our short stay! It was a bit cold, but the host made sure we were taken care of, even if it was a bit late! I would definitely rebook if i need to be back around Ajax for sure!

Nice place despite a few hiccups

Nice hosts, facilities and neighborhood. Heating can be improved, ironing board and an iron should be provided and any “house rules” should be available at the time of booking to avoid misunderstanding. (The rules say no unregistered guests or visitors. Apparently they meant no visitors, although they were kind to allow my daughter to visit a couple of times.)

We feel that we went above and beyond for Raza and family. The 3 star rating is unfair. We even allowed his daughter to sleep over one night for no additional charge. The daughter has been a daily visitor other otherwise. Raza should really read & get familiar with the house rules to avoid any complications. It clearly states iron and board are available upon request. You have not requested these items. Raza was allowed to use a space heater and an electric fireplace to keep the space warmer. We always strive to go above and beyond for our guests and proper communication does help to facilitate. Thank you for the feedback, we will take everything into consideration. Regards

Clear instructions with information card. Wonderful facility and super clean. What we liked: - Cleared walkway down to the suite with ample lighting - Large shower with double sinks and shower jets - Soft towels - Bench/mats by the door - Garbage station - Large eat in island - Lots of outlets (wished some have built in USB) - Under counter mood lights Opportunity to improve: Reduce really early morning of persons walking with shoes on upstairs Clear high bulky snow banks for easier parking especially in winter conditions Will definitely return in the future when need accommodations in Ajax area.
