Hayes Corner Cottage features ducted cooling throughout the home and ceiling fans in all three bedrooms. A gas heater warms the living area, and opening bedroom doors helps draw that warmth through the rest of the house in cooler months.

BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at Hayes Corner Cottage will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. The kitchen is set up for a proper home-cooked meal, with bench space, a breakfast bar, and produce from the Riverina Producers' Market (Thursdays, 1-6:30pm) close to hand. The living area opens out to a fully-fenced backyard with a BBQ — easy ground for an afternoon with friends, family, or the dog. A desk in the living area gives guests travelling for work a quiet spot to settle in.

Hayes Corner Cottage sits in a quiet residential street in North Wagga, just over the bridge from the CBD (5 min drive). The Northshore Cafe (450m) is a five-minute walk for morning coffee, and the Black Swan Hotel (500m) is the local pub for a bistro meal or a Sunday lunch. Wagga Beach and the Riverside Adventure Playground (10 min walk or 3 min drive) sit on the Murrumbidgee River, with a swim spot, BBQ areas, and a bespoke River Boat play structure for children. In town, Mr Lawrence (6 min) and Palm & Pawn (5 min) cover coffee and dinner, the National Art Glass Gallery (6 min) showcases contemporary Australian glass art, and Charles Sturt University Winery (15 min) is worth the short drive for a tasting. Woolworths is 5 minutes away for everyday shopping.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: Please ensure your pet remains off any furniture and that all droppings in the backyard are picked up before check out.
- SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The property sleeps 6 guests, however the single trundle bed in Bedroom 2 can sleep an additional guest. The queen bed in Bedroom 3 is slightly higher than a standard bed.
- PORTACOT: Cot linen is not provided, and for liability purposes the portacot will not be assembled on your behalf.
- STAIRS: There are a couple of internal steps inside the home.
- LAWN MOWING: Lawn mowing is scheduled for every Friday between 1-2pm.
