Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this apartment is the farthest from the road so is very quiet.

The studio has a full kitchen with a stove and oven plus a microwave and dishwasher. It comes with a commercial grade queen sized bed, a two seater dining table, and a comfy couch if you need a night in front of the 55”smart TV. The room also has a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. For those warmer nights, open the sliding door out to a private patio area and enjoy a cool beer or wine. Lastly, the studio comes with a full bathroom and its own clothes washing a machine and drier.



Guests will have full access to the complex via a PIN to the vehicle and the pedestrian gate. Once inside, guests have full access to the apartment.
