You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.
If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.
Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Facilities access:: Building induction attendance is required, please meet the Building Manager at the concierge desk on the Ground Floor and present photo ID and the proof of residence (reservation page and details). The induction ONLY takes place every Tuesdays and Fridays. Please book with the concierge in advance if you wish to use the facilities.
Extra bedding:
Our apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (1 queen, and 1 single). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!
Last minute same day booking:
There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.
