We are very sorry, however, that the condition of the unit caused such a disappointing start to your vacation. Having to spend two additional hours cleaning after a delayed check-in is certainly not what you should have experienced. Your concerns regarding the sand, furniture, glass table, bathrooms, sliding doors, dust, cobwebs, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, and overall deep cleaning are very important, and we will share them with the appropriate housekeeping and management teams. We also apologize that the primary bedroom TV was not functioning properly. While we’re glad our team offered to send a cleaner, we understand why, after seeing the condition of the unit, you felt more comfortable handling the cleaning yourself.
